Some people are having a problem noticing the bakery's hours. So I figured I'd explain them. Breakfast, especially for anyone who works an opening shift, has to be ready by five. So that is when we open. And that is also when all of the bagels, muffins, and breakfast items are freshest. I move on to lunch items and dinner things, like bread for sandwiches and popovers for dinner throughout the day. So if you come in at a quarter after seven in the evening and complain because the donuts aren't fresh out of the fryer, perhaps it's because they belong with breakfast.
However, all desserts are kept up with continuously during the day. The most popular being the chocolate chip and the triple chocolate cookies. Please notice that while my bakery uses nuts, my food is typically always safe for those with a lesser allergic reaction. And I also have vegan and gluten-free friendly items so that no one is particularly left out.
If you come between 11:30pm and 1:45am, anything bought in pairs will be twenty five percent off and anything bought in dozens will be fifty percent off. But you have to ask for the Midnight Madness special or I can't give you the discount. I close at three, but any cookies bought between 11:30pm and 3:00am are always hot out of the oven.
Good luck with the rest of your evening and I hope you stop by Insomnia sooner or later!
